Follow this recipe for a quick and easy Tartar Sauce that tastes great and goes really well with fish and crab cakes, fish and chips, breaded shrimp, calamari. fish sandwiches, etc.
1 cup of mayonnaise
10 small cornichon dill pickles or 1 small regular dill pickle finely chopped
2 teaspoons of capers chopped
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh dill
1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco hot sauce (optional but recommended).
