Note :
-If taking Sella Rice soak them for 2 hours and if taking Basmati rice soak them for 15 mins
-Boil the rice till 3/4th done only
-Let the coal place inside chicken for 25 mins and do not uncover the lid

Special BBQ Chicken Biryani Recipe

Ingredients:
For Chicken Marination:

-Chicken biryani cut : 1 kg
-Red chili powder / Laal mirch powder : 1 & 1/2 tsp
-Turmeric powder / Haldi powder : 1/2 tsp
-Coriander powder / Dhania powder : 1 tsp
-Salt / Namak : 1 tsp
-Whole Spice powder / Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
-Yogurt / Dahi : 3 tbsp.
-Ginger garlic paste / Adrak lehsan paste : 1 tsp
-Coal / Koala : 1 piece
-Orange food color / Zarda color : 1 /4 tsp
-Oil : 2 tbsp.

For Masala and Layering:

-Basmati or Sella Rice ( Parboiled with black pepper, cumin, black cardamom and Salt ) : 3 & 1/2 cup
-Onions / Piyaaz : 2 sliced
-Tomatoes / Timatar : 2 large sliced
-Whole spices / Garam Masala : As required ( including cumin, bay leave, black pepper, cardamom, black cardamom and cloves )
-Green chilis / Hari mirchein : 4 to 5
-Yogurt / Dahi : 2 tbsp.
-Red chili powder / Laal mirch powder : 1 tsp
-Turmeric powder / Haldi powder : 1/2 tsp
-Coriander powder / Dhania powder : 1 tsp
-Chinese Salt : 1 tsp
-Citric acid / Tatri : 1/4 tsp
-Ginger Garlic paste / Adrak lehsan paste : 1 tsp
-Fresh Coriander / Hara Dhania : 1 cup
-Mint leaves / Podina : 1/2 cup
-Brown onions / Tali Piyaaz : 1 cup
-Orange food color / Zarda color : 1/2 tsp
-Milk / Doodh : 4 tbsp.
-Oil : 1 cup

Directions:
-Boil the rice with salt and whole spices until 3/4th done drain them and set it aside
-marinate the chicken with spices and let it marinate for 10 mins
-Place coal on stove for let it get heat up
-Take a pan add chicken and oil to it cover the lid and let it cook for 15 mins
-Once the water dried and oil separates place coal in middle of the pan on any foil drop little oil and cover immediately with lid and turn off the flame
-For masala preparation take another vessel add oil and fry onions until get golden brown
-add whole spices, tomatoes, salt and all rest spices cook until tomatoes get soft
-Add green chilies, coriander, mint leaves and chicken to masala and layer the rice on it
-On top fried onions and food color to dissolve in milk to it cover the lid with any cloth or foil and let it steam on medium flame for 10 mins
-Serve Hot with Raita and salad
