Smokey Grilled Burger Recipe
Ingredients for chicken marination:
Chicken fillets 6-7
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for coleslaw:
Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
Red cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Balsamic vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Ingredients for burger sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for assembling:
Ice berg (as required)
Burger sauce (as required)
Tomatoes (as required)
Jalapenos (as required)
Cheese slice (as required)
Grilled fillets (as required)
Coleslaw (as required)
Burger bun (as required)
Directions for chicken manrination:
Take chicken fillets and cut thin slices as possible.
In a bowl mix oil, salt, pepper, oregano and marinate chicken fillets in it for 15 to 20 minutes at least.
Grease a grill with oil and cook marinated chicken fillets for 4 minutes at least from both sides.
When cooked properly remove from grill and set aside.
Directions for coleslaw:
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, salt, white pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Add carrot, red cabbage and mix well. Your coleslaw is ready, set aside.
Directions for burger sauce:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, chili flakes and sweet chili sauce.
Mix it well and your burger sauce is ready.
Take burger bun, add coleslaw, grilled chicken, ice burg, tomatoes, jalapeno and cheese slices.
Drizzle prepared burger sauce on top, cover it with bun and your burger is ready.
Serve with fries and enjoy tasty smoky grilled burger.
