Peri Peri Sauce | Nando's Peri Peri Sauce Recipe

Deeply flavorful African peri-peri sauce is made with bird’s eye chilies, garlic & lemons. This sauce is a must-have for spicy food lovers. Peri Peri Sauce should be garlicky, spicy, lemony, tangy and utterly addictive. This bright, fresh, fully-flavored version hits all the right notes. In this video, you’ll learn to make your own homemade peri peri sauce. I didn’t have bird’s eye chilies so I made my sauce using fresh red chilies.

1/3 cup fresh Red Chili
4 -5 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt

1. In a food processor, add red chili, garlic cloves, olive oil, lime juice, salt & sugar.
2. Grind the spices in a smooth thin paste.
3. Sauce is ready to use.
