Also, I used yellow kiwi in the video but please note, you should use Green Kiwi for maximum tenderizing effect. Yellow kiwi still works ok for me but it’s not as powerful as green.
TENERDIZERS – Substitute grated onion for asian pear or green kiwi. If the meat is tough, add just a splash of diet coke which will tenderize almost instantly so add just a little.
