HEALTHY MUFFINS FOR BREAKFAST THESE MUFFINS ARE HIGH IN PROTEIN AND LOW IN CARBS WHICH IS PERFECT FOR WEIGHTLOSS.
STARTING THE DAY OFF WITH THESE DELICIOUS MUFFINS IS THE WAY TO GO. HOW TO SMASH YOUR WEEK LIKE A PRO. Some homemaking motivation with a twist and a little DIY MUFFIN HACK.
This recipe is EASY AND YUMMY. You can easily have this YUMMY RECIPE for dessert or even as a SNACK.

Recipe:

Banana muffins:

2 cups oats
200gr sugar
250gr unsalted butter (melted)
5 eggs
6 ripe bananas
1/4tsp cinnamon
1tbsp vanilla extract
1tbsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda

Method:

Start with preheating your oven at 150*c and coating your DIY MUFFIN CUPS with melted butter. In a mixing bowl add together all the dry ingredients then in a different mixing bowl add together all the wet ingredients make sure you mash up the bananas very well then combine both and mix well with a electric mixer.
Finally add the batter into the individual cups and bake for about 20 minutes. Once done you can poke a hole in the center of the muffin and fill up the melted chocolate.
