This is an easy and quick green smoothie to make, full of vitamins and minerals supported by Kiwi fruit. The frozen mango and banana adds to the smooth and creamy texture of this smoothie.

Ingredients in this green smoothie:
– Kale
– English Spinach
– Banana (frozen or fresh)
– Mango (frozen or fresh)

Liquid base: Water

To make it, it’s simple, blend together the washed green kale and spinach, once smooth, add in the fruit and blend again.
