1 pound medium fresh mushrooms, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder and pepper; sprinkle over the mushrooms.
(I placed the mushroom in the bowl with the bread crumbs. It made it easier to coat them)
Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
