INGREDIENTS:

2 (10oz) Jars of Roasted Red Peppers (or 3 Large Bell Peppers)
3 Tablespoons of Butter (saute the peppers/garlic)
1 Medium Red Pepper (sliced)
6 Cloves of Garlic (diced)
Salt and Pepper (add to taste)
1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne (optional – I added it to mine, perfect zing!)
2 Cups of Heavy Cream (must be heavy for the perfect creamy taste)
1/4 Cup of Grated Parmesan (plus more for topping)
1/4 Cup of Basil (plus more for topping)
1 Box of Fettuccine (or any pasta you prefer)
