Beef Shawarma:
Ingredients:
850 gm Flat steak
6 tablespoons Olive oil
1-½ lemon juice
2 tablespoons all spice
1 tablespoon Coriander
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 ½ teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Sumac
½ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
1 dash Cinnamon

Salad :
Cucumber 1/2
Tomatoes 1
Onion 1
Pita bread as required
Tahini Sauce:
Tahini sauce 1/2 cup
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the flap steak into small, thin slices. Transfer into a bowl.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices to the steak. Mix to evenly marinate the steak. Cover and place in the fridge from 30 minutes up to overnight.
3. Heat a well-oiled skillet or pan over high heat. Add the meat and cook just until redness is gone and the beef turns a dark brown color. Remove from heat.
4. Mix the Ingredients of tahini sauce .
5. Drizzle sauce on beef.
6. Serve in a wrap, with salad and sandwich.

Quick Crispy Bhindhi:
Ingredients:
Lady finger 1/2Kg
Green chilies 5
Red pepper powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Oil as required
Instructions:
Take a deep pan add lady finger fry for 2 minutes add cumin, seasoning cook for 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice & cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes add green chilies serve hot.

Ocean Water Cocktail
Ingredients
1drop of Blue food color
½ cup Pineapple juice
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup Ice
Instructions
1. Add colored sugar to glass rim. (optional – instructions are below)
2. Fill your glass with ice.
3. In a blender add coconut , blue food color and pineapple juice.
4. Shake to combine.
5. Pour your mix into your glass.
6. Blend heavy cream and coconut cream.
7. Shake to combine.
8. Pour your cream mix onto of the blue mix

Breakfast Burger :
Ingredients:
Seekh Kabab 8
Burger Buns 4
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Lettuce as required
Cucumber 1/2 sliced
Tomato 1/2 sliced
Onion slices as required
Hot sauce 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Sweet paprika 1 tsp
Black pepper freshly crushed 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg 2
Butter 4 tbsp
Cheese 2 slices
Chicken slices 2 (ready made)
Instructions:
Fry seekh kabab and set aside
Take Buns spread the butter & set aside
For Burger sauce, take a bowl add seasoning hot sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, sweet paprika and mustard paste, salt & mix well.
Roast the Buns on grill pan and spread the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
Make half Fry eggs.
Now assemble the Buns add cheese slices, Seekh kabab, cucumber slice, tomato slice, lettuce, Onion rings and chicken slice.
Pour the sauce.
Serve Top with fried egg, sunny side up.
